The CVIM platform is open to any professional or individual investor, who wants to build a following and make money from the hard work they are already doing. Covestor Investment Management finds the clients, deals with compliance, and manages the execution, so that you can focus on making great investments.
Earning you money
Our job is to make you and our clients money. In line with regulation, we share the management fees that we charge our clients with you. If you are a regulated investment professional we split the fees we generate with you 50:50, and if you are unregulated we pay you a fixed fee for each client that subscribes to your model. There is no limit to how much you can earn.
The only rules
To qualify... you have to be age 18 years or older, able to open a US dollar denominated brokerage account and willing to abide by the terms and conditions of our contract with you.
To get on the platform... CVIM offers its clients the ability to auto-trade where great investors are putting their own money. You are therefore required to open and fund a brokerage account to trade in, which we will help you set up, with a minimum of $10,000*, and have to share at least a year’s worth of audited performance history.
When trading... only equities (long and short), ETFs and US listed securities will be replicated for clients. To protect you and our clients we also exclude stocks with a market cap lower than $50m or an average daily trading volume below 10,000 per day. View our Model Manager Access Rules for more detail.
